All our clinicians at TTS offer mobile (meaning we come to you) and telehealth services. This includes psychology, counselling, and positive behaviour support. Our behaviour support practitioners are also located all over Sydney as well as in the Central Coast and Hunter Regions.
Telehealth Counselling: Individual online counselling sessions with a registered counsellor for both adults and families.

Smiling Mind: Free mindfulness and meditation specifically designed for Australian families to help with stress and emotional regulation.
Medito: A non-profit, open-source app dedicated to making meditation accessible to all with guided sessions and breathing exercises.
Healthy Minds Program: A unique "podcast-style" approach to mindfulness based on four pillars: Awareness, Connection, Insight, and Purpose.
