Sociability is back in 2026 - after two successful runs!

Making friends and hanging out with people is wonderful. But let’s be honest—sometimes it can feel a little confusing!

Have you ever wondered:

  • Who is it okay to give a big hug to? Who should I just shake hands with or wave at? What is okay to talk about with a best friend versus someone I just met?

It is completely normal to have these questions. Knowing the "rules" of hanging out helps us feel safe, happy, and confident. That is exactly why we created Sociability!

FREE ONLINE INFORMATION SESSION: Our next group program information session is on Tuesday 14th July at 6pm. Sign up here to learn more about a program or ask us any questions!
